WizTree vs WinDirStat: Which Scans Faster?
Each test began after a fresh reboot, with a few minutes' wait for the PC to settle into an idle state.
Both drives were formatted with NTFS. You can get the current release and repeat these timings yourself.
WizTree version 3.40 was tested against WinDirStat version 1.1.2.80 (Unicode)
25GB HDD on an Acer Laptop running Windows XP:
